As you can see, this is beyond annoying. It's causing unnecessary deaths.
The solution could not be simpler: reinstate normal collision detection/blocking that we had in TFC, HL, CS, and millions of other games you've done.

Dozens of topics popped up on this after Valve changed it. Just refer to those.
Needless to say, almost no one is happy with the change. Hundreds of people have "signed" in the threads to voice their displeasure.
