This is my friend Walt Flanagan.

in an attempt to capture the image of Batman
villain Onomatopoeia turning his two guns on
the Dark Knight.
As many of you know, Walt's the star of our
COMIC BOOK MEN show over on AMC.
And as many more of you know, New Jersey
was hit hard by Sandy last week.
Mercifully, Jay & Silent Bob's Secret Stash
was unscathed...
The same cannot be said for Walt's house.
The Flanagan home was hit by catastrophic damage last week - which means that like many folks in the tri-state area, Walt and his family be looking for a new place to live this week.
But it also means that Walt's comic book collection was destroyed - a collection he painstakingly built over four decades of his life.
Don't get me wrong: Walt's fine, his wife's fine and his kids are fine. For this, we're all very thankful.
But Sandy's gotta PAY for taking my friend's comic books.
So I'm putting together a posse to go after Sandy.
