Download Daemon tools:
http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/download.php and install it.

Once photoshop is done downloading, open one of the winrar/winzip and drag the file inside to somewhere on your desktop. So now you should have a file named "swp-apcs3" on your desktop.

Open daemon tools. An icon will show up on your system tray. Right-click it and go to "virtual CD/DVD-Rom" select "Device 0:" and then select "mount". A file-browser window will open up. Select "swp-apcs3" which you dragged onto your desktop earlier.

A window will popup listing all the photoshop files. If a window does not popup, go to My computer and you will see the virtual Drive. Double-click it to view all the files. DO NOT CLICK "SETUP"* yet. Create a folder on your desktop, name it, "ps". Drag all the files from your virtual drive to the "ps" folder.

Click "SETUP" =]

If you click "setup" from the Virtual Drive, you will get a "Please insert CD" error. If you get that, then you have to click "SETUP" again and uninstall. (setup installs a few standard files right before the insert cd error) Then start install again from the file on your Hard Drive ("ps" folder).
If you don't uninstall, and try to install again, it won't work.
So to summerize:
If you're getting a "Please insert CD error", it's because you attempted to install from the Virtual drive. Click setup again, select "Uninstall" click "setup" again, this time from your hard drive.
